However, that did not work out and for good reason. If I would have pursued my dream as an athlete, I would have not been blessed to find my calling: serving others through training. I owe it all to Jesus and I'm so thankful I chose to follow his lead. I've learned a lot in this industry. It’s been challenging but rewarding.

In 2015, I graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences. After completing college, I became certified through NASM. I've trained clients with a wide range of goals, from gaining muscle and losing weight to increasing athleticism, improving speed, enhancing endurance, or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle. Each client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their specific needs and aspirations.
I started my journey at HQ Fitness in Hernando, MS, as an intern and quickly became a trainer on staff. I also gained experience at Jaylo Fitness in Southaven, MS, where I served as a fitness instructor and youth sports trainer. These experiences helped shape my approach to training and deepened my passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Texas is where I call home, and it's also where I dedicate myself to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds reach their fitness goals. I’ve worked with clients as young as 4 and as old as 80, ranging from professional athletes to the general population. Whether training elite competitors or everyday individuals, my goal remains the same—helping each person unlock their full potential and achieve peak performance.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes across multiple sports. In basketball, I’ve trained NBA veterans Thaddeus Young, Bones Hyland, Langston Galloway, and Tarik Black. In baseball, I’ve worked with MLB All-Star Matt Kemp, and in polo, I’ve had the privilege of training professional players Robert Payne II and III.
I am now proud to be part of Pro Sport Performance Therapy (PSPT), a respected facility in Frisco, where I continue to offer thoughtful, personalized training to athletes and individuals striving to be their best.

Tarik was the first professional athlete to hire me full-time. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity.
It was an honor to Coach some of the most elite football players in Dallas Texas!
